    PRIVATE EQUITY FIRM INKS DEAL TO BUY COMPUCOM FOR $254MPrivate equity firm Platinum Equity has entered into an agreement to buy CompuCom Systems for about $254 million. Platinum will pay $4.60 a share for each outstanding share of CompuCom. The deal is contingent on obtaining $35 million in debt financing, the companies said.
