GTSI's DeLeon Promoted To General Counsel

In 2001, DeLeon joined GTSI as deputy general counsel and has served as acting general counsel for the past year-and-a-half. DeLeon has been involved in the corporate environment for more than 10 years, having served as general counsel for Reston, Va.-based software firm CyBIZ, senior counsel at PSINet and counsel of federal contracts at EDS.
DeLeon is a former military intelligence officer in the U.S. Army National Guard, and an intelligence specialist for U.S. Army INSCOM. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from George Mason University and a Juris Doctorate from George Washington University National Law Center. With an expertise in contract law, DeLeon is an active member of the Virginia State Bar and the American Bar Association.
