CSC did not make clear what opportunities Budzinski is leaving the company to pursue.

Hilton previously worked at CSC as a business development and sales director of IT consultancy and IT outsourcing in London, Singapore and New York for seven years until he left the company in 2003 for an IT position at JP Morgan Chase Financial Services. He stayed there for three years until he was hired as CIO of Technology Infrastructure Services and head of corporate Real Estate services for Credit Suisse Financial Services based in New York. He stayed at that position for nine years until returning to CSC this week.
