O'Neill replaces chairman and interim CEO Phil Odeen, who will retain his position as chairman. O'Neill served as president and CEO since 2003 at Mitsubishi Motors North America. Prior to that, he served in a variety of executive positions at Hyundai Motor America. O'Neill is challenged with completing a turnaround at Reynolds & Reynolds, where sales fell in 2004.</P> <P>
