Not even a year after Cisco promised partners an all-in-one sales app, the company has delivered on that promise, demonstrating SalesConnect at the Cisco Partner Summit in Las Vegas.
The app, which will be available by the end of April across multiple mobile platforms and operating systems, allows partners to log in and access sales information in one place. Partners can see trending news and information custom-tailored to their business, as well as demonstrations, training and sales kits.
For meeting purposes, partners can access video demonstrations from conferences such as the Consumer Electronics Show, and can access case studies and data sheets. Voice-recognition-enabled search allows account managers to search data sheets on the spot, without interrupting a meeting. Once account managers access data sheets, they can share, email and download any information in the app.
