HP Launches PPS Sales Plays For Channel

In an effort to embrace the ’new style of IT,’ HP launched a portfolio of Printing and Personal Systems Sales Plays to partners.

The Sales Plays, which will be released over the next six months, will come in several content formats, from reading material to online video. The first Sales Plays, available now, inlcude ’Increasing Workforce Productivity’ and ’Connecting Ideas, Content, and Documents.’

Vincent Brissot, vice president of channel marketing at HP, told CRN the Sales Plays are a direct response to requests from partners.

The content will be a global offering, available in 10 languages. Brissot said topics have been chosen based on where the available opportunities and ’pain points’ for solution providers exist.

’This is coming directly from the ground up,’ Brissot said. ’It’s coming from channel partners to us.’
