Channel Beat: Microsoft's Surface Snubs Continue (Video)

The software giant said this week at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference that it would expand the Microsoft Devices Program to additional countries, but the number of U.S. partners authorized to sell Surface will remain at just 10 resellers for the coming months.
