Tidal Software Joins HP OpenView Channel

Privately held Tidal has its own small channel of resellers, said Stephen Kangas, senior vice president of strategic alliances and marketing at the Mountain View, Calif.-based company. Tidal's corporate IT customers increasingly are seeking improved compatibility and integration with products such as OpenView, Kangas said.

Kangas said he expects formal affiliation with HP to open new sales leads in a variety of markets. "Our closer working relationship with HP brings us the support and tools we need to develop and market the next generation of products for the enterprise."
