AT&T and Siebel systems signed a deal Tuesday to deliver Siebel's eBusiness applications over AT&T's network.
As part of the deal, AT&T will provide networking and application performance management services and provide a network optimization analysis for Siebel application implementations on WANs.
The company's plan to cross sell and market complementary services.
The relationship marks AT&T's first strategic relationship with an ISV in which it is aligning sales forces and creating a joint go-to-market approach, a company spokeswoman said. And AT&T is also the first major telco in Siebel's alliances program offering enterprise networking, hosting and application performance management solutions.
