Avaya on Wednesday confirmed a new professional services vice president and a new global sales operations vice president, the latest in a series of ongoing executive changes at the company.

Sandra Devine is Avaya's new vice president, Avaya Professional Services, heading that organization. A technology veteran of nearly three decades, Devine was most recently senior vice president and general manager of the U.S. Northeast Region at integrator CGI, and before that was vice president, strategic sales, for HP.

Todd Johnstone is Avaya's new vice president, global sales operations. He was most recently CEO of GE Energy's Industrial Solutions EMEA business, and Johnstone spent 19 years at GE overall.

Avaya President and CEO Kevin Kennedy said Avaya continues to attract experienced leaders to its executive ranks.

"I'm confident that Sandy and Todd will enhance our efforts to build strong professional services and sales teams around the world," Kennedy said in a statement.

Avaya has been making big moves lately, including the launch of its strategic cloud framework, the Avaya Collaborative Cloud, and a planned acquisition of videoconferencing vendor Radvision.

But it has also seen consistent and unrelenting executive turnover in the past few years, and recent departures include Alan Baratz, former senior vice president, for corporate development and strategy, Mohamad Ali, former senior vice president and president, Avaya Client Services, Steve Fitz, former U.S. sales vice president, Anthony Bartolo, former vice president and general manager of Avaya UC, and Joe Sigrist, former vice president and general manager, endpoints and video solutions.
