Juniper Networks this week completed the three-part rollout of Juniper Partner Advantage, the retooled version of its global channel partner program intended to drive partner growth under the tenets of "reach," "accelerate" and "reward."

Unveiled at Juniper's Global Partner Conference in January, Partner Advantage includes an expanded slate of Juniper Learning Academy resources, including training and accreditation, and a partner marketing resource portal called Juniper Market Concierge.

The third piece of the rollout is the Juniper Networks Product Promotion Catalog, which organizes the bulk of the Juniper switching, security, routing and wireless LAN portfolios under limited-time promotions for Juniper partners sourcing those products through distribution.

Those promotions, known as Stacked Opportunity Registration, are effective May 1 through Sept. 30, with an updated release expected for Oct. 1 and beyond. According to Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Juniper, partners can potentially add an additional 10 percent discount on top of the catalog discount for deals that qualify.

Emilio Umeoka, senior vice president, worldwide partners, described the changes as "the most significant update of Juniper Networks' partner strategy."

"Each is designed to help you grow your team's skills, communicate with greater impact, and scale your business more effectively," Umeoka said in a letter to partners earlier this week.
