GE Access has signed a deal with Internet Security Systems to distribute RealSecure For Nokia, an intrusion-detection appliance.
"Our resellers need to be prepared to help their customers guard their systems against the damage from security breaches and network abuse," said Will Sumners, vice president of enterprise solutions at Boulder-based GE Access, in a statement.
"Internet Security Systems' alliance with Nokia enables our resellers to provide their customers with the most cost-effective, easy-to-use intrusion-detection solution on the market. RealSecure for Nokia also adds the key component of intrusion detection to GE Access' robust security practice," he said.
RealSecure for Nokia is a realtime, intrusion-detection appliance that manages online risk through network surveillance and automated response to suspicious activity.
It includes security attack recognition capabilities that continuously monitors network traffic. The appliance is available through the distributor on all Nokia IP300, IP400, IP500, IP600 and IP700 series platforms.
