That's one of the questions John Eldh answers in an interview with CRN TV. Eldh, vice president of Americas channel sales at Symantec, was tapped as the company's new channel chief earlier this year, and he's been charged with getting solution providers specialized in specific technical competencies and also aligning the company's growing portfolio with its channel partners.
