Program Overview
CloudJumper markets its Workspace as a Service solutions exclusively through the channel. The company has created a dynamic program that provides partners with disruptive pricing thereby allowing them to add a lucrative margin while still providing a solution that is very competitive in the market. CloudJumper manages its partner network by way of a single pane-of-glass provisioning system that gives access to a multitude of customer management tools: dashboards that highlight customer usage, billing and more; a network monitoring solution so they can keep an eye on their customers' servers; and a complete repository of marketing material, case studies and sales support. The company has built its program around the needs of both MSPs and telcos as both company types are building their respective businesses in the cloud.
