The IBM PartnerWorld Program does not charge Business Partners annual membership fees. Business Partners in the PartnerWorld for Software or PartnerWorld for Developer Tracks, for example, have access to no-cost, self-help information/support. Also available for an investment are IBM's value packages, offering a strong portfolio of IBM demo and evaluation software, as well as enhanced enablement services -- including technical phone support, on-site porting support, education reimbursement and selected marketing programs.
