Economy Sees Gross-Profit Margin Gains

A look at some recent research in end-user expectations reveals great confidence in the IT sector as well. For example, a recent PricewaterhouseCoopers' Management Barometer report indicates that almost half (46 percent) of leading executives are anticipating increases to their workforce during 2004. Those companies also forecast strong revenue growth of 13 percent, more than double the 6 percent forecasted among firms not planning to increase their workforce this year.
