IS YOUR COMPANY ELIGIBLE?

The criteria for eligibility are as follows:

Headquartered in the U.S.
Formed before the start of 2005
Net sales in 2005 greater than or equal to $1 million
At least $10 million in 2007 net sales of consumer electronics, IT, or software, from online or storefront transactions.
