Acer Aspire 5670

In the contest to deliver the first Intel-based dual-core notebook, Acer has won. Now shipping in volume, the new Acer Aspire 5670 has a dual-core processor whose design is much better at handling multitasking and multithreaded applications than single-core processors. <P> <!-- TEST CENTER CHANNEL PHOTO--><img src="http://i.cmpnet.com/crn/sections/testcenter/graphics/180_tc/180prodspot_acer.gif" BORDER="0" ALIGN="RIGHT" VALIGN="TOP"> <P> The system has a 15.4-inch wide-screen display with a native resolution of 1,200 x 800, and it is driven by an ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 graphics card. Standard memory is 1,024 Mbytes, and every conceivable option is available.
