Banerji leads the firm's commercial consulting business globally, as well as its public sector business outside of the U.S. In May, Booz Allen announced that it will separate its U.S. government and global commercial businesses, selling a majority stake in the U.S. government business to The Carlyle Group for $2.54 billion. The move enables the two businesses to refocus on their distinct end markets.
