Signs Of The Times
The annual Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference is one of the largest health-care IT gatherings in the world. This year's meeting, held April 4-8, brought upward of 27,000 people to McCormick Place in Chicago, hoping to get a better handle on topics that, thanks to technology advances and the federal stimulus, are getting hotter by the minute.
