CIOs Reward Vendors For Midmarket Prowess

Everything Channel handed out some hardware at the Midsize Enterprise Summit West conference in Los Angeles this week. The awards were voted on by midsize CIO attendees in six categories: best hardware solution, software solution, services solution, best execution of a midmarket IT solution, best presentation and best of show. Here's a look at the winners.

HP won over out Compellent, Kace and TriGeo. HP also captured this award at MES West last year. Google won over Brazil IT, Mexico IT and Microsoft in the services category. The Google booth was a popular one at the solutions event, as the company showcased its Google Apps portfolio and other services. Some of the evening's winners posed for a group shot at the end of the night. The Midsize Enterprise Summits will be held next year in Boca Raton, Fla. (East), and San Antonio (West).
