VAR500 solution providers listed virtualization as a key technology for 16 of the major verticals, with 11 of those 16 -- accounting/banking/financial services, defense contractor/military, K-12 education, higher education, entertainment/media/publishing, federal government, state/local government, health care, non-retail pharmaceutical, legal and manufacturing --garnering 60 percent or more in respondent affirmations.
