The most decorated Channel Champion of the evening, Microsoft claimed victory with clean sweeps in
Data & Information Management, Business Intelligence and Collaboration Software, as well as overall victories in Cloud Applications, CRM Software and Middleware. They also picked up subcategory nods in Backup and Recovery Software and Videoconferencing.
