It sounds silly and a lot of organizations get that, but I think it goes back to this election year, that's not what's being talked about. It's really defining a new outsourcing. Education helps CIOs understand new outsourcing and mixed sourcing because of all the issues with [offshoring] the last 15 to 20 years. Show the value, that it's not just about cost-cutting."
