CRN's Top 25 Fast Growth list recognizes solution providers with extraordinary two-year growth rates. This year's companies brought in combined 2011 sales of $712,550,632; the average revenue figure was roughly $48 million.

These solution providers are ranked based on two years' growth rate of net sales from calendar year 2009 to 2011. To be eligible, companies must meet the following criteria:

• Headquartered in North America.
• Founded before December 31, 2008
• An independent company, NOT a subsidiary or division
• Primary business is as an IT solution provider, NOT a vendor or distributor.
