Nancy Shemwell

Extreme Networks has made over its executive team significantly under CEO Oscar Rodriguez, who joined the company two years ago. Among its most recent hires was former longtime Nortel executive and startup CEO Nancy Shemwell, now Extreme's executive vice president, global sales. Other recent Extreme hires included Frank Blohm, senior vice president of services, operations, quality and IT, and Carlos Perea, vice president of sales, Latin America.
