Dan Ferguson

Dan Ferguson's story with AdvanTel, a top Avaya and Juniper partner based in San Jose, Calif., is the ultimate in rising through the ranks. Ferguson began at AdvanTel in 1986 as an intern and served as AdvanTel's first bookkeeper. Twenty-six years later, he's president and CEO, succeeding Roger McGibbon, who had founded in AdvanTel back in 1984 and will remain as board chairman.
