Rich Hume/Mark Hennessy

Big Blue, too, had a major channel chief change right at the beginning of 2012. With new CEO Ginni Rometty taking the reins, Mark Hennessy succeeded Rich Hume (pictured far left) as general manager of IBM global business partners. Hume relocated to Madrid, where he now manages IBM's European operations.
