ServiceMax, a developer of cloud-based collaborative field service applications, will be showing its recently debuted ServiceMax for iPad software. ServiceMax is in booth #327.
ServiceMax's application is built on Salesforce's Force.com cloud development platform. The application provides field service technicians with access to everything from customer and route information, to product manuals, parts information and warranty data. The application also combines that information with Salesforce data to improve customer service and creating upsell opportunities.
