Tech-savvy school districts are incorporating the iPod into their curricula. The devices are loaded with speeches, audio books, or educator-created content and its portability means that students can learn anywhere, anytime. (It's pretty cool to hear, rather than read, Martin Luther King's "I Have a Dream" speech.) Not only can VARs resell the players, but Apple also offers the iPod Learning Lab to help instructors manage multiple iPod players at once. Each Lab comes with 20 80-GB iPod classic players, and a fully assembled mobile cart. The cart can charge up to 40 iPod or iPod nano players at once and sync 20 at a time to the same computer, reserving valuable classroom time for, well, teaching.
