Dell lhas unveiled a new line of OptiPlex commercial desktops, flexible computing solutions and service offerings designed to lower operational costs for customers.
The new desktops have up to 88 percent efficient power supplies, have casings made of at least 10 percent recycled plastic and offer 60 percent noise reduction with Dell's QuietKit technology, according to Darrel Ward, director of commercial desktops at Dell, of Round Rock, Texas.
"It's a quieter system, it puts out less heat and is more power efficient as well," Ward said.
