HP Compaq 8200 Elite

The HP Compaq 8200 Elite is built to fit the performance, security and management requirements of enterprises. In addition to new BIOS designs, it offers a performance boost as well as hard drive access that's 15 percent faster than previous models. The 8200 Elite also includes a graphics option that promises up to 70 percent better performance.

The 8200 Elite runs on Intel's second generation Core i3, i5, i7 processors, some of which include Intel vPro Technology. Intel's processors also offer hardware-based remote management, which is a big plus for enterprises with distributed work forces. HP's ProtectTools Security Suite is also part of the package. The HP Compaq 8200 Elite 8200 has been designed in a green fashion, offering 50 percent greater energy efficiency than previous models. It's also available in a number of form factors, including Ultra-Slim Desktop with flexible mounting options, Small Form Factor, Microtower, or Convertible Minitower. The HP Compaq 8200 Elite 8200 will be available on March 7 and is priced starting at $679.
