HP Pavilion dv6 and dv7
Music lovers have traditionally ruled out notebook PCs due to their less powerful sound cards, but that likely won't be the case with HP's new Pavilion dv6 and dv7 models, both of which run second generation Intel Core processors and AMD Mobility Radeon graphics. The Pavilion dv6 is designed for media intensive applications, while the Pavilion dv7 adds the options of Beats Audio and HP's Triple Bass Subwoofer.
Both models come in a range of colors for PC enthusiasts who like their machine to reflect their inner personality, and they'll be available beginning Jan. 9 for $900 and $1,000 respectively.
