I'm a pragmatic sales girl at heart and still cannot underestimate the opportunity in front of our partners with this very massive install base of networking that Cisco has to go out and have conversations with our customers about the benefits of moving up from our older technology to our latest technology, particularly in switching and wireless -- because, again, all of these [new] capabilities are driven by the fact that you have the appropriate equipment in the network.

We want our partners and Cisco to approach the conversation about why continuing to renew and accelerate [customers'] network upgrades is a business outcome-driver.
