2. Partner Support Services
For those partners looking to bulk up their services practice, there's Partner Support Services, a program Erickson said transforms Juniper partners into a one-stop-shop support organization for their customers.
"The Support Services program is a program that enables our partners to become the primary support contact for their customers," Erickson said. "It's really so that they can do that frontline support and delivery of that support to their customers."
Partner Support Services launched in August 2013 and hosts about 150 partners today. With the hopes of on-boarding more, Erickson said Juniper has created a number of new enablement tools for partners, including a cloud-based platform where partners can see their performance metrics and get direct access to Juniper's Advanced Technical Assistance Center and troubleshooting tools, including a new core file decoder.
"There are a lot of benefits we are giving them and they are really digging in and using them," Erickson said.
