6. MDF For Network Assessments
With the aim of "kick-starting" partners' professional services practices, Juniper is giving solution providers the green light to use MDF dollars to run network assessments for their customers, Erickson said.
"It's an interesting way to help them get going with professional services and to help them monetize those services quicker," he said.
Erickson said this MDF program started this quarter. He also told CRN that Juniper has no plans on cutting back on MDF, in general, even as the company plans to make broader cuts to its marketing organization this year.
