But black hat hackers also sell their services to exploit a specific website and even steal data from the targeted organization. Hackers use a variety of freely available tools to probe a website for flaws and configuration weaknesses. The Dell SecureWorks researchers said the particular hackers they dealt with made it clear they would not hack into a government or military website. The price depends on the reputation of the hacker and the cost could run from $100 to $300, Dell said.
