Nation-state sponsored cyberespionage attacks may result in fragmentation of the Internet, Kaspersky said. The activity, combined with the NSA surveillance program leaks, is prompting some countries to consider measures to control Internet commerce, including developing a new, more secure Internet, Kaspersky said.
