Fifth Third Bancorp operates 1,000-plus full-service banking centers and had plans to open 800 more. The financial-services company wanted control over scheduling and portfolio management of those construction projects.

Solution
Fifth Third needed a solution to manage its growth--25,000 project tasks and more than 700 users, including internal staff and outside vendors. Meridian Systems implemented its Proliance On Demand software in a secure, hosted environment, helping Fifth Third reduce capital project costs, shorten cycle times and improve facility maintenance.
