Deloitte Consulting's third Titan Award was for CRM Solution. Deloitte implemented Oracle Siebel CRM and Oracle Business Intelligence software for a communications industry company that was trying to optimize its marketing spending. The project's first phase was completed ahead of schedule and immediately resulted in a 30 percent increase in marketing campaign response and conversion rate.
