NOTIFICATION:
The prizewinners will be determined at a random drawing of Virtual Trade Show registrants and other qualified entrants after the Virtual Trade Show at CMP Media LLC's offices on or about MArch 15, 2008. The winners will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone on or about March 30, 2008. Judges' decision is final. The prize will be awarded to the winner. In the event of unavailability of any of the stated prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Prize are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release and grant permission to use his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotion (without further compensation to the winner within 21 days of notification or an alternate winners will be selected. (Tennessee residents need not complete and return a publicity release.) Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law.

ELIGIBILITY:
Contest open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (but not Puerto Rico), and Canada (except Quebec) who are 18 years or older, who register for the Virtual Trade Show above and who have access to the Internet on or before March 12, 2008 or who submit an alternative entry as provided above. Employees of CMP Media LLC, Nortel, Clean Machine, Trend Micro and IBM corporations and/or their affiliates, advertising, promotion and production agencies and members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, step-children, step-parents and in-laws) or those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible. Selected Canadian entrants must first correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question administered by mail in order to claim a prize.

One entry on the Web Site per person, e-mail address or household is permitted. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not incrase one's chances of winning. The use of any automated devices in connection with this promotion is prohibited. Entries made on the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, potential winner may be required to provide proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.
