Jennifer Follett is the vice president of U.S. Content at The Channel Company and executive editor of CRN, where she leads the editorial team behind CRN’s award-winning coverage of the IT channel. She has spent nearly 30 years covering the evolution of the channel and the technology industry, from emerging technologies and changing business models to the vendors and solution providers driving the market. Follett graduated from Boston University with degrees in journalism and English and lives in the Boston area with her family.
