A New Look

We're pleased to deliver a design that should make it substantially easier for you to navigate our site. Frankly, one of the more frustrating things for an editor is when readers can&'t find the content they want to read. We know you have precious little time to spare from your daily business responsibilities to keep pace with all the rapid changes across the channel. That means it&'s our responsibility to optimize the time you spend with CRN online so we can make sure you have the most up-to-date and useful information necessary to help help you make informed business decisions.

For instance, we'll bet most of you don't realize that CRN spends millions of dollars on original research about a wide range of channel issues that is available to our solution provider readers. In addition, we boast a treasure trove of technical information developed by the CRN Test Center.

All of that information is designed to provide rich context around our award-winning news reporting, which we expect will now be easier for you to follow across a range of segmented content pages online that are organized around major topic areas.

Just because our redesign has gone live doesn&'t mean we&'ll stop adjusting our Web site. Now that it's easier to navigate our content, we'll be spending the next few weeks and months developing new tools to improve it further. For example, a forthcoming CRN Test Center Advisor tool will allow your technical staff to request help on thorny technical issues from other solution providers through a service moderated by analysts from the CRN Test Center. Going forward, you can also expect us to expand the coverage reach of CRN TV to include more exclusive interviews with industry newsmakers as well as video coverage of major industry events.
