Challenge
ELM needed a flexible, easy-to-use solution for its business-intelligence platform and data warehouse. It wanted to move from simply pushing out reports to showing the range of loan options available to students and helping financial-aid officers understand the life cycle of its loans from start to finish.

ELM chose Merador to work on its business-intelligence strategy and the solution implementation using Cognos 8 BI, a Web-based architecture that enables customers and employees to create and access reports. The new solution has saved ELM considerable time and money in support.
