Women Of The Channel East 2025: Shattering Ceilings, Building Legacies

The themes of empowerment, innovation and intergenerational leadership are at the heart of Women of the Channel East’s 15th anniversary celebration.

“Even though you are the first, make sure you’re not the last.” That’s the message emerging from The Channel Company’s Work Life in the Channel research, which explores how women who have broken through the glass ceiling are creating new opportunities and support systems for those following in their footsteps.

The themes of empowerment, innovation and intergenerational leadership are at the heart of Women of the Channel East’s 15th anniversary celebration. Vendors and solution providers will gather in New York City to mark a decade and a half of progress, connection and community. The event promises an electric atmosphere, bringing together professionals who have amplified each other’s careers and moved the channel forward.

Attendees will hear firsthand how the research has expanded to include men’s perspectives and new questions about work-life rhythm and cultural influences, reflecting the broader realities impacting women in the channel. CRN Columnist Cass Cooper addresses both the familiar “glass ceiling” and the newer “glass cliff” phenomenon, offering practical strategies for building lasting legacies and infrastructure for future leaders.

For solution providers and vendors, this milestone is more than a reunion—it’s a chance to learn, connect and help shape a more inclusive and dynamic channel ecosystem.
