Enginy Looks To Expand Its Partner Network Across Latin America, With Mexico In Its Sights
On the first day of XChange LATAM Mexico 2026, Marcos Sevilla, Commercial and Channel Director at Enginy, highlighted the potential of Mexico and Latin America while outlining the challenges manufacturers and partners must address to turn market opportunities into new business.
Against the backdrop of the first day of XChange LATAM Mexico 2026, taking place October 7–9 in Riviera Maya, manufacturers, distributors, integrators, VARs and MSPs once again put one of the IT ecosystem’s key challenges on the table: how to build channel relationships capable of generating sustainable business in a market where customers are increasingly demanding comprehensive solutions.
For Enginy, a Spanish company specializing in native artificial intelligence software for sales teams, the opportunity in Latin America lies in combining technology, market expertise and close support for partners. This was the view shared by Marcos Sevilla (pictured), Commercial and Channel Director at Enginy, who highlighted the potential that the region—and Mexico in particular—represents for the company’s expansion.
Enginy’s Bet on the Latin American Market
“Enginy is a tool, native AI software that enables sales teams to sell more and sell better,” Sevilla explained. The company’s offering is aimed at B2B organizations that need to identify potential customers and provide their sales teams with up-to-date information. The platform allows users to define their ideal customer and leverage artificial intelligence to connect different databases, enriching lists with companies and decision-maker contacts.
The company, which was founded in Spain, already has a presence across several European markets and has begun expanding into Latin America. “We started working with our partner ITSitio about six months ago, and we’re seeing increasing traction in the Latin American market. That will be our focus for 2027,” the executive said.
Mexico and Latin America: An Opportunity for the Channel
Enginy’s view of the Mexican market is shaped by a clear opportunity: companies need more accurate, up-to-date information to develop their sales strategies.
“The Mexican market—and not just Mexico, but Latin America as a whole—is a market with tremendous potential, with a large number of companies,” Sevilla said. In this context, he identified a need that can be turned into a business opportunity for the technology ecosystem: “The need to access up-to-date information on customers and prospects. We believe there is a perfect match between Enginy and the Latin American market, particularly Mexico.”
The regional opportunity is also part of a broader expansion strategy. The company expects to close 2026 with approximately 100 employees and around €9 million in annual recurring revenue, with a presence in Spain, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany and Latin America.
Support as a Key Element in the Manufacturer-Channel Relationship
For partners, however, the opportunity does not depend solely on adding new solutions to their portfolios. In a market where customers are looking to address business needs through comprehensive offerings, the relationship between partners and manufacturers or vendors is becoming increasingly important.
From Enginy’s perspective, one of the key factors behind a successful relationship is supporting partners throughout the entire sales process, rather than only during its initial stages.
“Something fundamental and essential to building a good relationship between a partner and a manufacturer or vendor is being able to support the partner throughout the entire journey,” Sevilla said. That support, he explained, begins at the start of the relationship through training and enablement and continues throughout the development of sales opportunities.
The goal is to build long-term relationships. “From the moment we begin the relationship—with training sessions, enablement, support during sales meetings, and even the opportunity to build a relationship—not just in the short term,” he explained.
In this regard, the executive stressed the importance of ensuring that the relationship does not become limited to isolated initiatives. “Rather than concentrating all those meetings—which are certainly important in the short term—we need to continue supporting the partner throughout the entire commercial and channel relationship,” he added.
XChange LATAM Mexico as a Platform for Business Development
Against this backdrop, XChange LATAM Mexico 2026 represents an opportunity for Enginy to further develop this strategy. The company is looking to expand its partner network while also exchanging experiences with established players in the region.
“What we’re looking for at this event, and what we believe we can find here, is an opportunity to connect not only with potential partners, but also with vendors and to share different channel strategies, given that there are people here with a great deal of knowledge and experience,” Sevilla concluded.
The goal, therefore, goes beyond simply adding new contacts: “We want to broaden, above all, the range of partners who know Enginy and who could become our customers, while also strengthening the partnership we have with ITSitio.”
