HPE, TD Synnex Charge Into Championship Round: Global Channel Cup

The Global Channel Cup semifinals put four channel stalwarts in the spotlight, but only two can move on to compete for the championship.

The Semifinal round of the 2026 CRN Global Channel Cup saw domineering performances that have earned two companies a chance at the championship.

Let’s take a look at who’s advancing to the final round and the paths they took to get there.

HPE stormed its way onto the field and never looked back in its match, earning 80 percent of the vote to eliminate Lenovo, which grabbed 20 percent.

On the other side of the bracket, TD Synnex’s game plan held strong against Arctic Wolf, with the distributor winning 79 percent of the vote against the security company’s 21 percent.

With that, the championship round of HPE vs. TD Synnex is set to open later today.

Out of the Transformation region, HPE reached the final round by knocking off Pax8 in Round 3, following earlier wins against AMD in Round 2 and ThreatLocker in the opening round.

Emerging from the Innovation region, TD Synnex advanced past Microsoft in Round 3 after fending off Intel in Round 2 and WatchGuard in Round 1.
