Lenovo Bests AWS To Advance: Round 2 Results
The round of 16 is complete, with Lenovo, TD Synnex and Arctic Wolf among the companies moving onto the quarterfinal round of the CRN Global Channel Cup.
Round 2 in the 2026 CRN Global Channel Cup Tournament has come to a close with a number of strong performances. Here’s a look at how the round of 16 fared and who’s moving on to the quarterfinals.
In the Innovation region, TD Synnex surged in the last 24 hours of voting to grow its lead, ending with 63 percent to Intel’s 37 percent.
In the Evolution region, Arctic Wolf was able to hold off a push from Dell Technologies, winning 55 percent of the vote to Dell’s 45 percent.
The Acceleration region, home of the closest match of the round, saw Lenovo hold steady to close out with 54 percent of the vote against Amazon Web Services at 46 percent.

Pax8, 72 percent vs. CrowdStrike, 28 percent
HPE, 78 percent vs. AMD, 22 percent
Acceleration
Ingram Micro, 60 percent vs. Cloudflare, 40 percent
Amazon Web Services, 46 percent vs. Lenovo, 54 percent
Innovation
Microsoft, 60 percent vs. Sophos, 40 percent
TD Synnex, 63 percent vs. Intel, 37 percent
Evolution
Arctic Wolf, 55 percent vs. Dell Technologies, 45 percent
Cisco, 32 percent vs. Nvidia, 68 percent
That sets up the quarterfinal matchups, which will see Pax8 square off against HPE for the Transformation crown, while Ingram Micro faces Lenovo for the Acceleration title.
On the other side of the bracket, Microsoft takes on TD Synnex for the Innovation title, while Arctic Wolf challenges Nvidia for the Evolution crown.
Voting in round 3 opens today, Tuesday, July 7 at 4 p.m. EDT (UTC -4) and remains open until Thursday, July 9 at noon EDT.
