Network Storage: EMC Takes The Gold With Outstanding Support Scores

EMC's success in 2009 showed that EMC's channel strategy continues to be on the right track.

EMC has been combining attributes of its SAN, NAS and content-addressable storage products as part of a unified storage strategy, said Peter Thayer, director of marketing for the company's Clariion, Centera and Celerra product lines.

Much of the credit for EMC's success goes to its channel sales and channel marketing organization, Thayer said.
