Cisco Kicks Off 3-Year, Zero Percent Financing For SMBs

SMB

The announcement by Cisco confirms long-held rumors that the networking titan would offer aggressive new financing terms to U.S. channel partners focused on SMB. The terms of the program cover purchases from $1,000 to $250,000 and, productwise, span everything that's commercially available from Cisco, from hardware to software and services.

That's a big change from previous Cisco Capital programs, which usually covered specific product sets or bundles. Customers that buy a Cisco Smart Business Architecture (SBA) can also qualify for a three-month payment deferral.

The program takes effect this month and is available through Cisco Certified partners until July 31.

"Cisco is actively working with our channel partners to navigate the current economic challenges while investing for future growth," said Wendy Bahr, senior vice president of U.S. and Canada channels, in a statement. "The expansion of this zero-percent financing offer will help our U.S. channel partners prepare to 'accelerate' during the economic upturn."
